Coleman Names Jeff Willard As Sr. Vice President Marketing / Product Development
WICHITA, Kansas - The Coleman Company, Inc. has named Jeff Willard to the newly created position of Sr. Vice President, Global Marketing and New Product Development. Willard’s organization has been realigned to support a more market-facing strategy for Coleman’s Global Marketing and New Product Development and achieve a more dynamic connection with our consumers through our customers, wherever they play outside. This strategy will combine our Product Management and Marketing organizations under one leader to drive growth through innovation that focuses on consumers, customers and markets.
Jeff joins Coleman from Helen of Troy in El Paso, a leading marketer of personal care products, where he was Vice President of Marketing for Retail Appliances. Throughout his career, he has achieved successful product launches, captured market share and created revenue and profit gains with evolving or underdeveloped brands. He has demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales, contract manufacturing, sourcing, mass-market channels and P&L management skills. Previously, Jeff was V.P. Worldwide Marketing at Lexmark International, responsible for the $2.2 billion consumer inkjet printer division.
Jeff graduated at the top of his class with a B.S. in Marketing from Missouri State University and earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
