“We’re proud to add KLOE 730 AM and KWGB 97.9 FM to our Outdoor Trails Network,” says host Jim Ferguson. These stations have a deep and profound connection to the outdoorsmen, farmers and ranchers in Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. We have seventeen stations just in Kansas. No other outdoor radio program has better coveragein Kansas, than we do.
Kansas is by far the best kept secret when it comes to quailty hunting, fishing, camping, birding, Agritourism, Ecotourism and the rest of the country should know how hard the State of Kansas has worked to bring these activities to the level it is today.”
Ferguson continues, “There are now over 1.2 million Walk-In Hunting acres in Kansas. That’s an economic boost for the communities, farmers and ranchers, while offering quality property which, until now, was off limits to most outdoorsmen.
Our editorial coverage of these projects has played a big part with the growth encouraging enrollment into Walk-In Hunting, CRP, Playa Lakes projects, planting shelterbelts, leaving crop corners and others and then letting outdoorsmen across the country know of these new and varied opportunities.
The Outdoor Trails Network now has 76 radio stations committed to us in thirteen states Minnesota, Missouri, Kentucky, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois, Mississippi and Texas broadcasting their award winning program to a projected audience of over 4 million.
