Lake City, MN – Wild Wings, LLC, a leading publisher of fine art, announces that Michael Sieve has been named the “2009 Artist of the Year” for the Mule Deer Foundation (MDF), a national non-profit organization committed to the conservation of mule deer, black-tailed deer and their habitats. MDF’s 2009 National Convention is one of the combined events at the Western Hunting & Conservation Expo at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, Feb. 5-8, 2009.

Sieve will be available at the Wild Wings booth Friday, Feb. 6, to meet event attendees, personalize artwork and share the inspiration behind the featured painting, “Busted Bachelors-Mule Deer.” The original oil painting will be available for sale during the Live Auction on Thursday night, Feb. 5, 2009.
