I realize that almost ALL waterfowl are just “BREASTED” but for table-fare it is impossible to beat, Duck “La Orange” I’m sure your Chef’s prepare it now! I am also coming out with a new, Chicken/Pheasant plucker, Easy Pluck C/P, Pheasant with the skin on is also EXCELLENT,and you probably also serve this! I am trying to market my pluckers in the southern hemisphere as all seasons have come to a halt here, as have the sales!!
