SAUER S 202 Yukon and S 202 Polar Extremists Rifles
J.P. Sauer & Sohn – -(AmmoLand.com)- Using our reliable SAUER-models S 202 Outback and S 202 Classic XT as a basis, we have developed two new “extremists“ for active hunters – perfect rifles for stalking and all that kind of hunting, where you have to get as close as possible – at home and all over the world. For all these hunters we offer the new models S 202 Yukon und S 202 Polar, which are perfectly camouflaged and also have our ultimate rust prevention.
The new Camoflon-coating is a variety of our Ilaflon® and offers the same protective characteristics against rain, ice, snow, sweat or even blood. The grey/drop-shaped and silver steel-surface merge perfectly with the new stockcamo- patterns „Realtree AP“ and „AP Snow“. The right-hand polymer stock has the classic Monte-Carlo-design. New is the “Soft Touch”-feature, an anti-slipcoating, that works in wet and hot conditions either. At least all the SAUER 202 models offer the possibility to take off the buttstock to shorten the whole rifle – and this without taking out the barrel.
The S 202 Yukon and S 202 Polar are available in the calibres 7×64, .308 Winchester, .30-06, 8×57 IS, 9,3×62 – and in the following barrel-types: a) 22 Inch and a diameter of 0,63 or 0,67 Inch (in 9,3×62) – no open sights, standard barrel or continuously fluted b) 20 Inch and a “Heavy-Medium“-diameter of 0,75 Inch – no open sights and only continuously fluted In the future there will also follow Magnum-versions in different calibres. But also customers, who only need a new polymer-stock for their S 202, are welcome, because you can get a stock-kit with “Soft Touch” in the three colours “Black“, “Realtree AP” and “AP Snow”.
