It took me years to get used to the way it is done here in the USA and having done so, I can never go back. Like you, I cannot imagine being back in a place where a government gets to decide my personal sovereignty.I don't take that right for granted. Since I am unable to vote (not for much longer though), I consider my exercise of 2A rights to be the highest duty I can perform.It's good to see other immigrants follow this path. It seems to be a common condition. Should you ever wish to get together and shoot in NoVA, drop me an e-mail. I've had the opportunity over the years to speak with many folks who mirrored your experience of growing up in one oppressive society or another, then coming to this country.Those conversations are well worth having, for as you demonstrate, both we who were born here and the newest Americans can learn much from the discussion.
