I't has a solid back wall and zero hand shock even without a stabilizer.I would tell anyone who was just starting out bow shooting to go shoot this bow for sure.I'd say shoot every bow out there and then shoot the Bowtech SWAT and you will know right away what i mean.Good luckand hope you enjoy your experience.
