Dear Governor Schwarzenegger:

In my opinion, by signing the “Ammo Surveillance Act”, California Assembly Bill 962 into law, you have infringed upon the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, usurped the freedom given to us by the Second Amendment, and therefore have betrayed the U. S. Constitution. By signing this bill into law, you are requiring that all California citizens be treated like criminals for wanting to purchase ammunition for their guns and rifles.
