If Reagan signed an EO with certain constraints, then that should have been quite sufficient. . Obviously the communist in the White House has other plans for the American people, and having an 'international' police force at his disposal would be quite in line with all that's been put forth recently. . What better way to get rid of an 'inconvenient citizen' than to have foreign agents spirit him out of the country and at the very same time have 'plausible deniability' in the matter: "Our agents had ~no~ part in the matter. We don't know what you're talking about!" . This is the VERY SAME THING as the CIA's Extraordinary Rendition program: Use foreign agents to accomplish the deeds, and nobody in the home country gets their hands dirty, and are therefore free to say that they had no knowledge of the matter. . That's right in line with how the NSA gets to spy on American citizens: They get the UK's MI5 to spy on Americans, while the NSA spies on UK citizens, and then they trade notes. .
