Alaska Firearms Freedom Act Moving Forward
HB 186 is in the Finance Committee and needs your support.

Anchorage Second Amendment Task Force

Juneau, AK --(AmmoLand.com)- Currently 33 states that have passed or are considering similar legislation.

HB 186 has just been moved out of the Senate judiciary committee and Now needs to be ”read across the floor” and officially referred to the Senate finance committee, which will hopefully be done tomorrow, we will update you as soon as we get more info.

Multiple states including Montana and Tennessee have passed this legislation. Utah passed it last week and Wyoming and Virginia are on the verge of doing so.

The Firearms Freedom Act has a simple concept. HB 69 states that if a gun was made in Alaska, and then stays in Alaska, the federal government may not regulate it under the Interstate Commerce Clause.

Please contact the finance committee members and urge passage of HB 186 as soon as possible.

If you live in House District 41 (part of Fairfax County), please take time out of your busy schedule and VOTE Tuesday, March 2 in the Special Election being held to choose the Delegate who will represent you in Richmond.

Get INVOLVED today by calling his campaign to ask how you can volunteer and join this final push to turn this House of Delegate seat pro-gun. Kerry’s votes as Delegate will benefit you wherever you live in Virginia.

With many major gun bills, both good and bad, coming up for vote in this and future legislative sessions, we MUST send a message to the General Assembly that your rights aren’t negotiable.

KERRY BOLOGNESE is a strong supporter of Virginians’ right to keep and bear arms. He has returned his VCDL survey 100% in support of your gun rights.

Unfortunately, his opponent has been a key figure in anti-gun rights organizations and has consistently opposed the right to bear arms in public. Not only has she refused to answer the VCDL candidate survey, but her campaign website and her Facebook page make no mention of her radical anti-gun positions. It appears that the media is also helping her to hide her anti-gun agenda.
