Don’t let B of A off the hook yet!!! Look into their history of issuing credit cards to illegal immigrants, where you are not required to “give them the last 4 digits of your SSN” when you press “2?” for spanish (I don’t speak spanish and don’t care what number they have to push). They are supporting criminals and I will not patronize their company in any way, if I can help it.

So BoA says they have no corporate-wide policy. Is this the key word, corporate-wide? What about locally? This is suspect.
