Old Bridge Rifle & Pistol Club – Black Powder Invitational
September 18, 2010 (Saturday) 8:00 AM Sign-in – 9:00 AM start time.
Old Bridge, NJ –-(Ammoland.com)- The Old Bridge Rifle and Pistol Club will be hosting a Black Powder Invitational on Saturday September 18th, 2010 at our out door range located at the end of Jake Brown Road off of route 516.
We are a group of competitive throwbacks to the 18th Century who enjoy the challenge of antique firearms, making clouds of smoke and playing with explosives!
Matches will be as follows: Rifle Match—3 Division (Flintlock, Cap & Inline) @ 50 & 100 yards aggregate. Side Match Fee $5.00.
Enter as often as you wish. Side Match Pistol Shoot—Any cap & ball pistol or single shot. 50% of collected fees to the winner. Side Match Rifle Shoot—Card cutting @ 20 yards. 50% of collected cash to the winner. Side Match Board Cutting—No Fee! Teams of 4 shooting for the Glory! And many more acts of foolishness that the we can devise for Side Matches!
$60 Registration Fee. Register Early by August 31, 2010, save $10.00 and guarantee your lunch. Fee includes Catered lunch, soft drinks (water & soda), and 50 & 100 yard rifle relays on B19 International targets. One-third of fees collected goes to the winner of each division. Prizes for 2nd & 3rd place winners To Be Determined.
We can accommodate shooters “out of the pouch” and tables will also be provided.
