The New York City-based organization receives over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents. A panel of judges comprised of previous Silver Telly Award winners evaluated entries based on distinction in creative work. Entries do not compete against each other; instead, they are judged against a high standard of merit. Judges scored the 2010 entries on a performance scale and winning entries are recognized and awarded as Silver or Bronze winners derived from the combined scoring of the judges who evaluate each entry.
