Dayton, OH –-(Ammoland.com)- Hi-Point Carbines, one of the best firearm bargains available in today’s market, debuts their NEW .45 ACP carbine.

After years of requests this new much desired .45 ACP Hi-Point carbine has finally arrived. Affordable Hi-Point firearms are warranted for the life of the gun, not just the first owner and have proven to be robust, accurate, and fiddle free.

As with the 9mm and .40 Caliber Hi-Point carbines the longer barrel will increase velocity figures between 80-200 FPS over a like chambered handgun, especially with +P loads. These velocity increases coupled with the fat formidable .45 round, improved carbine handling and a longer sighting radius over a handgun make this an excellent gun for small game (Hi-Point Carbines are legal for deer in some states), plinking, home defense and law enforcement.

The robust all weather black molded polymer skeletonized stock is both tough and light in weight. Additionally the forearm offers an excellent grabby surface regardless of conditions or whether the user is wearing gloves, mitts or is bare handed. The carbine has three top-side and forearm bottom Picatinny rails for optional vertical grips, lasers, optics and lights.

The simple blow back design reliably feeds ammunition from the compact single stack 9-round (10 rounds in 9mm and .40S&W) magazine which also fits the Hi-Point series of like caliber semi-auto pistols.

Hi-Point Carbines are employed by law enforcement world-wide and have proven they can easily match more expensive carbines. It can be expected that this new powerful .45ACP carbine will be very popular with both cash strapped municipalities and consumers alike.

So, I have owned the hi-point 9mm and 45cal for some time now and enjoy both of them. Last week I picked up the 45carbine but have not had a chance to fire it. Can any owners recomend ammo for this carbine? I have been using Federal ammo with no problems for the other two. Just wondering what has been working for everybody????

Bill

This firearm is both a hoot to shoot as well as being a formidabile home defense weapon. I have plenty of pistols, but this carbine is so intuative to use as well as having an additional 18 rounds safely tucked away in the stock, its a bad guy nightmare. Keep up the good work HI-POINT.

Ken

Yes, the .45 mags are interchangeable between carbine and pistol. Not all of them are but the .45 is. FYI, you can by mags straight from Hi-Point for 14.99 and that includes shipping!

Just purchased this carbine in .45 I am very pleased with the function, accuracy and controlabilty.Function is always first followed by accuracy(can't hit anything if its not feeding correctly). An outstanding value in a weapon thats priced well below market that performs excellant in feeding and accuracy.Needs to have a larger capacity clip because its such a pleasure to shoot.

I purchased two of the Hi-Point 45 SCP carbines and they have performed well so far. They were very easy to sight in a lot of fun to shoot. I have fed a couple hundred rounds of various types, hand loaded round nosed lead, p+, and Winchester and Remington UMC rounds, all have fed flawlessly. Not a pretty gun but it works very well. After all that is what I bought it for..to use.

Can't wait for the pink edition to match my pink lacies.
