I am a retired police officer,I can not by a hand gun with out a state license to carry permit, witch I very costly. $100 for a state permit to carry.I wish you would put something together so I may purchase a hand gun with my retirement ID card.

This Bill still does not address the Dept of the Army, Dept of the Air Force, and Dept of the Navy Civilian Police Officers. If it is intended to include us….Our Chief has already stated that is does not include us, so the we are still left out. Can anyone please clarify it for me
