Manasquan, NJ --(Ammoland.com)- Join us in a CALL TO ACTION to Free Brian Aitken!

Last week Governor Christie publicly stated that he would decide whether or not to grant Brian Aitken a Pardon by Christmas.

Brian was wrongfully convicted for legal firearms and denied due process by former New Jersey Judge James Morley.

Judge Napolitano featured the story on Fox News, saying “The story of Brian Aitken is heartbreaking…Brian is a decent young man, and a law abiding citizen. He was arrested, charged, and locked up simply because he had guns which the state said he could lawfully possess. Keep e-mailing, keep calling, and keep praying that Governor Christie will do the right thing.”

Governor Christie’s comments have left thousands of Brian’s supporters optimistic that this injustice will be corrected.

“This is the time to put up or shut up. Governor Christie has to decide he’s going to walk the walk on this one,” Clark Neily, a senior attorney at the Institute for Justice, told The Daily Caller.

Tim Lynch, president of the Cato Institute’s Project on Criminal Justice, said “Governors are given this responsibility, and this seems to be Exhibit A of a person who is deserving of a pardon. He could really, not only correct an injustice in this case, but he could show other governors how it’s done.”
