90 Percent Lie To Be Used For Gun Registration
North Carolina --(Ammoland.com)- Back in the Summer President Barrack Obama met with Mexican President Felipe Calderon.
At that meeting President Obama agreed to help Calderon register your firearms. The reasoning for this move is the ludicrous claim that 90% of firearms used by Mexican drug lords come from the United States.
EXPLAINING THE LIE
The 90% figure is arrived at by the following deceptive method, first the 90% is the number of those actually traced that can be linked to the US. That equates to 6,000 out of 29,000 guns. Of those six thousand, 5,114 came from the US. But why were the others not traced?
Of the rest that actually had serial numbers most clearly came from South America, China or Russia. Knowing that it would be meaningless to trace these guns, the Mexican government did not bother. So in reality, the actual percentage is 5,114 out of 29,000, which equates to 17.6%.
Never letting truth stop a good story, the Associated Press naturally reported the fraudulent 90% figure as unchallenged fact.
THE LIE COMES BACK AROUND
Being the crafty political operative he is, Rahm Emanuel – according to insiders – convinced the president to not act on this until after the election. Now the BATFE is pushing for the White House to grant them emergency powers which would require gun dealers in border regions to report “bulk sales” – meaning two or more – semi-automatic rifles.
Even an ostrich can clearly see that this amounts to a backdoor registration of long guns in those areas. And all based on an easily demonstrable lie.

Sample Letter:—————-
Dear Senator:President Obama is planning to enact backdoor gun registration within border states through the BATFE based on the fraudulent statistic that purports that 90% of guns seized from Mexican drug lords originate in the United States. This is easily repudiated as less than 20% of these guns are traced and of those not traced it is clear that none of them come from the U.S.
Stand up for American rights. I will be following your action or lack of action in this matter. Do not allow President Obama to grant these powers to the BATFE. If he lacks the courage to try to do this legislatively, he must not be allowed to enact this through sneaky administrative tricks.
Sincerely,
A Concerned Voter
