Gun Rights Policy Conference Was A Success
Lincoln, NE –-(Ammoland.com)- The theme was “judges”.
The range of topics and speakers was diverse. The common theme was how much power is held within the judicial system and the power the President has to influence the makeup of the judicial system at a federal level.
I am quite aware of the Supreme Court appointments during each presidential term.
What I didn’t realize was how much turnover there is within the federal courts in a single four year term. That turnover averages 20 percent!
Imagine the influence a President has over the courts if they serve two terms!
The event was well organized, and moderated. My hat’s off to the folks who kept things on track and running smoothly the entire weekend. I will be attending the conference again, no question.

Nebraska Firearms Owners Association (NFOA) is organized for the purpose of voicing the opinion of its membership to the Nebraska Legislature and other law making bodies within the state as well as Federal level, as it pertains to firearms.
