Crimson Trace Launches Bold New Website
Wilsonville, OR --(Ammoland.com)- Crimson Trace today announced the launch of its brand new web presence, with more consumer-driven features than ever before.
The new site is packed with state of the art functionality, allowing visitors to create wish lists, submit product reviews, shop for Lasergrips and interact with social media.
In addition, the site was redesigned for greatly enhanced navigation, greatly reducing clicks and effort for the consumer to find information, videos, reviews, specifications, etc with just a single click. Adding to the consumer friendly experience, a Dealer Locator has been built in that utilizes easy to use Google Maps that will help find over 2000 Crimson Trace dealers and ranges.
“We are very excited about the launch of the new Crimson Trace website.” Said Gary Killingsworth, CTC’s E-Commerce Manager. “We’ve painstakingly mapped out every detail of the project and we feel that the new site will allow our customers, dealers and partners quickly and easily find what they are looking for within a few clicks, while creating and maintaining a digital environment that is fun, fast and worth visiting regularly.”
A video library addressing frequently asked questions and giving step by step instructions regarding the installation, use and maintenance of Crimson Trace’s extensive lineup of sighting tools is a key part of the experience.
“Our customers are very web-savvy and often prefer to do their own research, rather than calling our world-class customer service team,” said Killingsworth. “We wanted to give them every tool they asked for and already the video section of the site has experienced record traffic.”
The new Crimson Trace.com experience also lets the visitor share with other users details of their own lasersight knowledge and even allows them to buy gift certificates for friends and family.
CTC Defense, the military division of Crimson Trace also gets its own presence as part of the upgrade and visitors will be able to see some of the high-speed equipment developed as part of the company’s focus on the needs of SF troops. Civilian users are well-served through the means of a generous customer loyalty and membership program, which is expected to be very well received by the legions of rabidly loyal CTC fans.
