Trenton, NJ –-(Ammoland.com)- After a massive outcry from the Second Amendment community against A588 (backdoor ammo ban) and A1013 (defacing firearms – unintended consequences), the Assembly Law and Public Safety Committee “held” A588 and amended A1013 in response to gun owner concerns.
The effect of holding A588 is to send it back to the drawing board for further review and amendment, and this legislation that would have opened the door to a sweeping ammunition ban will not advance in its present form.
The amendments to A1013 are still under review, but it is very apparent from the actions of the Committee and the on-the-record statements made by its members that the Committee has heard honest gun owners loud and clear.
We will continue to monitor these bills and dozens of others that we are watching and provide early warning of threats to our Second Amendment rights.

What if black Americans had to form associations, appeal to congressmen and senators every six months to keep their freedom from slipping back into slavery. What the hells going on when citizens, every other week have to face these facists and their stupid gun control bills. It's a friggin RIGHT.

Dear NJ. Residents, What will it take for you to please wake up. I don't want to come across in a negative way, but all gun owners must stand together NOW. One of N.J. most radical laws using the GRAVES ACT as a way to arrest and imprison citizens of N.J. If you are caught transporting any type of firearm with out the proper permits and or your firearms I.D. card while hunting with your shotgun, you will be arrested and imprisoned, this includes first time offenders. GREAT!! At least so far we have one under the table. These bills would not only take away our right to purchuse ammo we are not alowed to buy now but go even farther into high power pistal, rifle and just about anything of the typ. even a 17hmr would be concidered to be high power rifle ammo. if we let them pass any bills like this in this state we might as well just turn em in. Fight lesgilation and anti firearm senators and judges. Get Ohbombma out!! VOTE!!
