I hadn’t heard anything about this new bump fire stock until I saw that both of these YouTube channels had recently featured this product.
This new accessory allows increased control as you fire you AR15 rifle at is maximum rate of semi auto fire, increasing high fire safety.
Both of them showed how they functioned on an AR-15/5.56,.223 chambered rifles.
The rate of fire and how controllable their weapons appeared to be was terrific! But on their website they have a link to the letter from the BATFE saying that this is a firearm part and not regulated as a firearm under Gun Control Act or National Firearms Act.
The stock appears to fit any milspec AR-15 lower with an adjustable buffer tube. According to their website the smallest caliber “recommended” is 9mm to get proper functioning out of the stock. Also, watching Hickock45 and FPSRussia the stock looks pretty simple to install on your AR-15 lower receiver and would be easy to do next time your cleaning your AR-15. And it looks like they’ve recently starting selling a bump fire stock for the AK-47!
This stock mated to your AR-15 looks like it will be a heck of a lot of fun! However, running through that much 5.56 or 7.62×39 ammunition could definitely put a large dent in the old the pocket book. But the looks on peoples faces when you take this bad boy out to the range and safely blaze through a normal capacity magazine in just a few seconds would be priceless.
