We will me moving our mortgage and all our credit card balances to another bank. I WILL NOT pay a dime to a business that discriminates against customers, especially regarding a 2nd Amendment issue.

If I was president, I would force BoA to either cease their anti-gun policies or be fined 5 million per day per customer affected by their actions. Any bounced checks would be would be against BoA per customer that have bounced checks as a result.

This is really a surprise to me. I have used bank of america for years. It is terrible to think what I might have been supporting, especially anti-gun. Well this will change immediately and thanks for the heads up.

I am an attorney in Texas. I was contacted last week by a client whose bank account ($17,000) had been frozen by BoA. They would not tell him why, but would not let him have his money and were bouncing his checks. I called BoA for him, same result. I sent a demand letter and finally got a call from someone who told me that it appeared to them that he was in the gun business (he is in the ammo business, does not sell guns), so they closed his account. “Do you close all accounts for customers who are in the gun business”
I asked. “Yes.” Just another reason not to do business with large, worldwide banks. Stick to your local banks.

They say these Banks are “To Big to Fail” well I say stop using these banks and let them fail! Use a small town bank if it is available to you…

This story should spread and anyone holding a Bank of America bank account OR knows someone who does, should end their relationship in protest. This is a free country and we have rights… If a company like B of A wants to end those rights or snub those who are pro-rights and 2nd amendment, it should be known and they should lose business from the masses.

I see that Bass Pro Shops is telling it’s customers that Kelly either misunderstood the conversation or is lying about what was discussed. The “risk” term used by the banker that Kelly was not familiar with is defined as applying to customers who are not considered trustworthy.

Bank of America has always been anti American so their name alone is ironic. They need to be Bank of Marxist Nazi Criminals. And no I am not kidding. This bunch of evil filth should be abolished.

CitiBank went nuts a while back and made it known they are anti gun. It was regarding
their disapproval of the NRA & other Gun rights
groups.

BOA is sinking fast and this serious infringement against our rights under the 2nd admendment sounds like a lawsuit to me.

They need to be slapped down and abolished.
