ROCHESTER, NY --( American Tactical Imports, a worldwide importer of firearms, is proud to announce their latest product, the ATI Omni Lower Receiver.

The Omni is a multi-caliber AR15 lower made of reinforced polymer. It is designed after a mil-spec lower and is compatible with most current AR15 lower parts kits, grips and stocks. Made with a high-grade durable polymer material, the Omni can withstand harsh environments as well as everyday wear and tear.

The Omni lower will be available with either a complete finished kit including all lower internal parts and collapsible stock, or as a stripped lower. It has tested reliably with .22, 5.56, and .410, but is not recommended for higher calibers.

The Omni stripped lower has an MSRP of just $49.95 while the complete finished kit has an MSRP of $129.95. The Omni will be available in a color choice of black or dark earth.

I purchased a complete Omni multi-caliber AR15 lower and attached it to a 16″ DPMS, 223 Remington/5.56 NATO upper from MidwayUSA. They look and function like they had been made for each other. No issues, simple, inexpensive, nice, lightweight rifle.

    3. i have a question…??? more than a comment…
i just purchased a 5.7 upper receiver AR-57 PS90.(to use with the new FN – 5.7 ammo)…does anyone know if this type of polymer receiver will “work” with a set-up like that…

    4. Dave the AR-57 upper should work with this with zero problems as the only thing that could present an issue is the fire control group .

That will be zero worries as the spring pressure of it is made to properly fire m855 NATO ball ammo which is known to have hard primers.
As most 5.7 x28mm ammo available to the civilian market is made with civ primers the hammer will have more than enough “oomph” to properly ignite the rounds and cycle the action.
