USA --(Ammoland.com)- The Federal Bureau of Investigation unsealed an indictment in Tucson and offered a $1 million reward “for information leading to the arrest of four fugitives” wanted in connection with the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, the Bureau’s Phoenix Division announced today.

“Manuel Osorio-Arellanes, Jesus Rosario Favela-Astorga, Ivan Soto-Barraza, Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes, and Lionel Portillo-Meza are charged with crimes including first-degree murder, second-degree murder, conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery, attempted interference with commerce by robbery, use and carrying a firearm during a crime of violence, assault on a federal officer, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person,” the FBI press release revealed. “A sixth defendant, Rito Osorio-Arellanes, is charged only with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery.”

The men “had allegedly entered the United States illegally in order to rob drug traffickers of their contraband,” the FBI News Blog disclosed.

CONSPIRACY TO INTERFERE WITH COMMERCE, YET THE FBI CLAIMS “…..ENTERED THE UNITED STATES ILLEGALLY IN ORDER TO ROB DRUG TRAFFICKERS OF THEIR CONTRABAND” HMMMM-I AM SOMEHOW AT A LOSS FOR WORDS HERE. SO CONTRABAND NOW FALLS IN THE PURVIEW OF COMMERCE? COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, THIS WAS SECRET INFORMATION SUBJECT TO EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE. NOW PICTURES AND NAMES ARE AVAILABLE-AND THE GOVERNMENT SERIOUSLY BELIEVES THAT THEY ARE GONNA GET THESE GUYS ALIVE?!? YEAH THE MEXICAN CARTELS HAVE REALLY DEMONSTRATED WHAT A FORGIVING BUNCH THEY ARE.

    2. It seems that the Obama administration is getting desperate! They’re outing these guys because – oddly – they are material witnesses to the crimes committed by the administration, even if they are the scumbags who killed Agent Terry. Witnesses who can testify, unless the cartels are able to shut them up!

So now the gangster regime headed by Obama is now in the business of silencing witnesses as well as tampering with evidence. Oh, and let’s not forget the original purpose of Fast & Furious was to create a pretext to justify UN gun control measures (the Arms Trade Treaty) to put an end to private gun ownership in the USA.

Considering how many millions & millions of guns have sold in the last several months, it seems like Americans are all running out & joining the militias… made more plausible by the BILLIONS of rounds of ammo sold in the last couple years!
