Team Caracal Wins 3rd Place Award at 2012 STI/USPSA Nationals

Las Vegas, Nevada –-(Ammoland.com)- Caracal USA is proud to announce that JJ Racaza and Team Caracal competed at the 2012 STI/USPSA Handgun Nationals, October 13-16, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada where JJ earned the 3rd place award in the US Production Division.

This win also positions JJ as a contender for a role on the Production US National Team.

“Although I had kind of a rough start on the first day, the second day was much better for me and I moved up to 6th place. On the last day I shot really solid and did very well on five of the six stages pushing me into 3rd place,” said JJ Racaza.

JJ shot the match using an unmodified factory Caracal F, reporting that the pistol functioned perfectly and without malfunction during the intense 18-stage competition.

Team Caracal and JJ Racaza will compete again at these venues:

  • · October 18-21 US open nationals (Las Vegas)
  • · November 1-5 World Speed Shooting Championships (Florida)
  • · November 15-19 Copa Zemog (Guatemala)
