Many of you have been asking us, where is the NRA, as the anti rights freedom haters and biased media have attacked the millions of innocent law-abiding U. S. gun owners, even going as far as to call outright attacks and killing of NRA members.
Statement from the National Rifle Association:
The National Rifle Association of America is made up of four million moms and dads, sons and daughters – and we were shocked, saddened and heartbroken by the news of the horrific and senseless murders in Newtown CT.
Out of respect for the families, and as a matter of common decency, we have given time for mourning, prayer and a full investigation of the facts before commenting.
The NRA is prepared to offer meaningful contributions to help make sure this never happens again.
The NRA is planning to hold a major news conference in the Washington, DC area on Friday, December 21.
Details will be released to the media at the appropriate time.

Please don’t give in to liberal demands or we might have a civil war if they come for our guns. Just remember, most military is on the pro-gun side.
This speech is a disgrace and a gross example of how much you care more about more gun sales rather than the safety of our children!!!! We’re not asking for ALL GUNS to be banned just assault rifles with large magazines! You make me and millions of Americans sick!!!
What’s the use of armed guards in schools when you sell bullet proof vest piercing bulletts which also put our officers in grave danger…but i guess suporting a ban on those bullets are also seen as an “infringement”! You people really need to get on your knees and pray that God gives you real discerment because right now you come off as crazy gun totten idiots!!!!

I’m a liberal parrot, and despite me not knowing what actually constitutes an “assault rifle” or understanding that nearly EVERY handgun has a “large magazine” (by definition), I’ll just spew something about THE CHILDREN and demonize you, even though it’s me who does no research on the topic.
What? Over 340 TIMES more children die from accidental drownings than mass shootings in the past 13 years?? Hmm, that would make me look stupid, yes…
Whether the NRA, the NAGR, the 2nd Amendment FOundation, or even simply honest, taxpaying citizens will have a seat at the table for this “discussion” remains to be seen. I truly have my doubts. Frankly those people – not worthy of being called citizens – but those people willing to create a scene at a press conference, and deny free speech to an organization that represents millions, are somehow considered sensible and reasonable by the left…. And the left’s politicians, beholden to the campaign money of these liberals, will listen to them only.
EVERYONE WHO LIKES TO SHOOT AND OWNS ANY GUN. EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTS THE CONSTITUTION NEED TO JOIN THE NRA, SECOND AMENDMENT FOUNDATION, GUN OWNERS OF AMERICA AND YOUR LOCAL STATE GUN RIGHTS GROUP AND JOIN A LOCAL SHOOTING RANGE. WE NEED A SHOW OF FORCE TO STOP THE GUN GRAB THAT IS BEING PUSHED BY THE MEDIA.
THESE TRAITORS WILL NOT BE SATISFIED UNTIL ALL GUNS ARE CONFISCATED.
Why all the discussion about the tool and not about the offender? Cars, trucks, baseball bats, and all kinds of tools can be used for violence. Evil people will find a way to do what they do with or without guns. So stop them!! The 2nd amendment is about the right to bear arms for the purpose of defending ourselves against an aggressor, be that an intruder, the gov’t, a crazy person, etc. We already have plenty of laws on the books. They need to be enforced and not get hung up in courts, preventing irresponsible people from punishment.

If we are presented with the “choice” of submission to tyranny or fighting in defense of our natural rights, we will fight, as our forefathers fought, when the British Empire attempted to disarm them and confiscate the military pattern arms, ammunition, and supplies of their time. We will make the same choice as Patrick Henry made, when he rejected “peace” purchased at the price of chains and slavery, and said “I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!” I too choose liberty or death.
I hereby reaffirm my oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor in defense of the principles of liberty enunciated in our Declaration of Independence, for which our forefathers spilled their blood. We will not let the Republic fall without a fight.
