I would propose , in relation to what has worked and has not worked thru out history , that ALL firearms laws be discarded and replaced with what WILL work , such as REAL education as opposed to PROPAGANDA . Regardless of how I spin the words ” shall not be infringed ” I cannot determine even a remote implication there to allow for even the weakest of firearms law .

I would prefer that each school district in the United States be given the option of how they want to arrange protection of the adults and children in their schools. It is not something that the Federal Government needs to get involved in!
I propose that The Federal Government dissolve the Department of Education (a complete waste) and let the States take over the business of education.
States Rights actually mean something!!!!

Gun law books are often out of date before the ink is dry. It is a fact that case law, statutes, and reciprocity/recognition can change from day to day. Much like the daily news, it is best found through the internet. The state of Utah and it’s experience with concealed carry in schools is the example others should look to. They have it and it works.
