This list is a joke. These aren’t assault weapons there sporting, hunting and self deense tools. Feinstein don’t know shit about the second amendment and these tools. The House should defeat this ban.

One of the most bizzare items on her list are AR’s that use .22LR rounds… apparently, just because they LOOK scary. Although not specifically named, the S&W M&P AR15/22 will undoubtedly be lumped in with the S&W M&P AR-15, which IS on the list.
While I know it is capable of killing, it certainly doesn’t meet the description of “HIGH-POWERED ASSAULT WEAPON.”
There are a number of other modern sporting rifles in that category that will undoubtedly be included in the ban…. Mossberg’s comes to mind.
Whatever happened to the thinking that they are primarily for target and varmint usage (regardless of what they LOOK like)?

Sen. Fiendstein had better take a closer look at her own state before she tries to fix the nation. The Peoples Republic of Californication, especially LA, has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country, but has the most violent crime rates there are.
The same can be said for Chicago, Detroit, Trenton, New York City, and Washington, D.C.
What we need are less old hags serving decades as representatives of the people and being completely out-of-touch with reality. We also need to get rid of “NO GUN ZONES” and established better carry laws or even open carry laws. Let’s train everyone on gun safety, tactical awareness, and actually qualifying with a firearm. Maybe gun familiarization will eliminate hoplophobia.
