I am a retired police officer from PA. My wife and I bought a home in Pennsville. I have a retired ID from my department and have qualified in NJ by a certified RPO instructor.
Under LEOSA I am able to carry my weapon any where in the USA and I can carry hollow-point ammo. Why does NJ insist on a permit and not allow hollow-point ammo. This is a violation of the Law enforcement Officers Safety Improvement Act of Oct 2010. Please advise if I am wrong.
