If Illinois does not want to allow it’s ‘citizens’ the Right to protect themselves, that’s something those “Citizens” need to take up with the State of Illinois. But, as one of the States Several, who signed on to the Constitution, fully accepting the terms therein, the State of Illinois MUST RESPECT THE LAWFUL ACTIVITIES OF CITIZENS OF THE OTHER STATES WITHIN THE UNION. Otherwise, it seems to me, that the State of Illinois is in OPEN REBELLION AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION FOR THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
