I’m 61 years old and served my country during the Vietnam Era. I’ve been a good citizen minding my own business and still believe in the 2nd amendment. A true democracy allows all USA American citizen the right to bear arms for protection. This would be a really hard fought round for the one who probably never serve their country to take away our rights. Maybe it’s time to form militia,s in each state to protect ourselves from this Carl Marx attitude being formed. Standup for your rights to bare arms in the United States of America.

There are already 300 million guns in private hands. Tons of ammunition and magazines. Private citizens already own more guns then the US Military. Government will not be able to disarm people without a bloody civil war. We will not allow ourselves to be passively disarmed.

I feared this would come to pass during Clinton’s wanton abuse of power and the government sponsored massacre of men, women and children, kidnapping and assassination of women holding their child. These events eventually faded, although as usual, none were convicted of any wrongdoing.
Now I fear this Marxist, this most anti-gun rights moron ever elected to the Illinois senate will endeavor to end our gun rights by doing the same illegal crap he did to pass 0bamacare. And failing that, he will again employ his illegal and unconstitutional practice of executive order to bypass congress. If a true civil war / revolution starts, this will be the cause.

Saddle up, lock and load! The ride is about to get interesting. If 3%(which I am)of 100 million guns owners decide we will not lay down for this crap stand up, we will overpower them. Our fore fathers did it. what is different now? We have to be as well armed as these assholes and just as well trained.

I believe that modifying or editing the 2nd Amendment as it is written should be a treasonable act. A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. It doesn’t read “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms (except assault weapons & magazines supporting more than 10 rounds) shall not be infringed.
