Our Constitution & the 2nd ammendment guarantees us certain rights & You better know there are millions of true Americans that are willing to pay the price at home to protect what is ours & if you try to take our God Given Rights away from us you will find the price extremely high. Many of our boys & girls in the Marines, Army & Navy died to protect our freedom & you poor excuse for a supposely leader of our Great Country ought to resign or be prepared to pay the price. If an american citizen wishes to change or even abolish the constitution they have the right to propose; through constitional means, to amend or even abolish this great document. I do not care if you are a “common” citizen or President Obama (who soils the Presidency by his liberal socialist agenda)this is the only right one has relative to changing the constition. Mr Obama, the supreme court has spoken. PERIOD! If you do not; “support and defend the constition” as interpited by the Supreme Court-INCLUDING THE 2ND amdndment, as you promised to do when you took the oath of office, you are just another treasonious Bastard that should be turned over to the international Court of justice to answer for your war crimes. Just do the job you were hired to do Mr president. It is congress’s job to make the laws ,you are only intitled to propose changes to the law and inforce or admister the laws passed by congress. If you can amend the constition to change the 2nd amendment to take away my right to be armed I WILL SUPPORT YOU! But if you try to take my constitional rights away by any other means you are not fit to hold office and should be tried for treason against America.

I agree wholeheartedly with this former Marine. To my shame I was at one time associated with a group whom gave a campaign contribution to Feinstien. This woman did nothing more than enrich herself over the true needs of her constituancy. That to support the constituion. I have worked for the state department of justice, trained as a peace officer ,owned and handled all types of firearms and never have I threatened to use them against anyone. I would ,however, use such to protect my family, friends,neighbors,Country or those who would attempt to take, or distort our constitutional rights. I know many who would the same. This right, the second amendment, is the insurance policy of the people that all other rights stand. So, it would stand to reason that those of Feinstiens ILK would like it to go away. NOT ON A TRUE PATRIOTS WATCH!!!!!!

I wholeheartedly concur with this Marine, however, we as a Nation, and people, should be far more concerned by our inept, incompetent, and complacent Government and the frivolous and careless manner by which they spend the tax revenues collected off the backs of hard working and patriotic Americans. Their continued deplorable and careless spending can lead to nothing good, and very well could create an environment in our Country where it may be necessary for every American to own a weapon for simple self preservation. If Feinstein and the other governmental cronies, and I single no individual or party out, they are all equal opportunity imbeciles, would do what their Employers pay them to do, “Employers” i.e. the American people, and stop treating the revenues taken in from taxes, et al, as their own private slush fund, and run our Country as a large Corporation, the things that have precipitated some of these atrocities can be alleviated. Knowing that this past week, my brother (Air Force veteran), defended his home and family from a burglar making a return visit to their home on the day after Christmas with one of his legally owned firearms and held this repeat offender on the floor of their kitchen until the police arrived and took him into custody, I cannot fathom the sheer idiocy of elected officials such as this hypocrite Feinstein pushing for such legislation. This woman along with her cronies better watch her back as they are poking the slumbering giant that is the backbone of America – the middle class. Attention fools, we are paying attention to what you say and what you propose and attempt to legislate. I wouldn’t be surprised to wake up and hear on the news that you were a recipient of a bullet to the back of your head or met your demise at the hands of an angry mob on the hallowed steps of the Capitol. If you are so hot to ban and confiscate guns, then you’d better round up all the baseball bats, garden shovels, kitchen knives and most anything able to be used as a lethal weapon. Of course, she and all the other “representatives” would be exempt from such legislation!!!

Hey People ! This is going to get serious! I come from at least 4 generations of Vets who fought for this country and the right to bear arms! The only time I ever shot an M16 was in basic training (U.S.A.F), shot 55/60 with it because the last clip, The spotter pulled me off the line and messed with my sights , it took me 5 rds to figure out what he had done! Ha! I have yet to kill anyone on this Earth as yet, and I have have an extreme distaste for the possibly of having to kill fellow Americans over my guns, and that’s what the Liberal Government is going to create : Another “Civil War”!. According to a Yahoo article, The Government” Fema” or Homeland Security, bought 1.6 billion dollars of bullets! And on a vacant lot in Tennessee, they have around 400,000 multipurpose plastic boxes that will hold around 4 human bodies each
So what are they planning to do with those bullets, and those Boxes?
I rest my case! Prepare Accordingly, Nitika krushchov, made his brag in the 50′s , “Socialism would take us over, without firing a shot”.-C.M.

my injuries from my war bother me up til today. the poisons dropped from spray planes, on me make me sick still.

however, i can STILL aim and fire a weapon. no one is going to disarm me without killing me first. i have combat aircrew wings and a combat action ribbon. i was NEVER a “hero”

I was lucky, I did my time between wars in the reserves. I have never used my guns for anything but hunting, target shooting, and personal protection of myself and my family. We are protected by the 2nd amendment to have a gun, any gun for recreation and protection. Todays progressive society that the liberals are trying to shove down our throat does not sit well with many like me. I will not give up my guns to a government that is trying to disarm us for our own safety. I provide my own safety, and no politician is going to take my rights away. Our forefathers, knew what they were doing when they wrote our constitution. Some of them lived under kings & queens that sucked the blood out of the people that they reigned over. The president, congress, and the supreme court work for the people, not for themselves. When a government starts to disarm it’s people, then it’s time for the people to disarm the government. Give me liberty or give me death.

To many GOP Senators, sit on the Fence and want to wait for their Constitutes opinions, WI Senator Ron Johnson’s form letters indicate that. He hasn’t made decision yet on, Sen. Dianne Frankenstein’s gun banning plans, he wants the Sandy Hook school memories to fade, he feels that to many people are to emotionally upset now, so the Senator wants to wait until there is more rational thinking. By then Frankenstein’s Bill will in and voted on.

We don’t have a gun problem, we have a mental health problem. Sane people don’t kill others, unless it’s in self-defense or to keep someone from killing others. Until they admit this, we’ll never have a calm, objective debate on how the problem can be dealt with.

America is broken and I really don’t have much hope that the current members of OUR government can fix it. When they tell us “Your government this…” and “Your government that…”, they’re telling us that they’re not “OF the people”- they’re telling us that they’re above us, somehow better. Well, that’s just wrong and WE NEED TO CHANGE THOSE WHO ARE IN THIS GOVERNMENT, ASAP! If we don’t start telling they what we need, they’ll just keep telling us what they’ll give us. They may as well just make everything illegal.

And I was the soldier / sailor who served before him. received a dbilitating back injury, and cannot work. But according to The VA, I am only 40 % disabled. $623 per month. That wouldn’t even pay for the jet fuel to get Your ” Magical Mystery Ride ), off the ground. I have done My job. Now it is time to do Yours. We don’t have to go half way around the world, to help starving children. Try Appalachia, inner cities. Momeless shelters and homeless villages, built from cardboard. Why not stop patting yourself on the back for a while, and go look at these atrocities. You need a fast dose of reality, Lady.
