I think you’re muddying the water in disinformation, did you even read the whole thing and if so do you even understand that this will not affect law abiding citizens, the NRA helped pass a law 17 yrs ago that severely limited the law to prevent mentally sick people from going out and shooting up public places and schools on a whim. if my neighbor has a gun and is mentally unstable or has a criminal record i want the Law to know so that they will take steps to prevent a tragedy.
