Tougher laws on criminals who use a gun. Mandatory Life sentence’s for start. and in cases where the CRIMINAL (not gun) kills someone, Mandatory death sentence. It’s quite easy to accomplish if the JUDGES stop letting them out to commit another crime with a gun.
