		<description><![CDATA[Like he said on HB2235 making sentencing based on what weapon a criminal used is not right.  I have thought it odd for years that a lot of states use &#039;firearm enhancement&#039; laws that basically do say that if you beat someones head in with a hammer, meh, ok, lets give him a few years, but oh my god, he used a gun, add an extra 20.  Ridiculous, and if you are going to commit a crime, you were willing to risk it anyway.]]></description>
