Bank of America must be led by idiots or ignoramuses. You can’t buy a gun over the Internet. You can order a gun over the Internet provided the gun is delivered to a local, federally licensed dealer. You can then get that gun (or any other gun in the store) from that federally licensed dealer after (1) passing a background check and (2) paying him. It makes no difference how the gun got to that federally licensed dealer. (Most dealers don’t manufacture guns in the back room of the store.)
