The letter is great, but mostly irrelevant.

First principle - the right of the people to keep and bear arms for the protection of themselves, their families, and their communities, is a right that existed before the establishment of ANY government. It is a natural right (granted by God, or part and parcel of humanity, whichever you prefer) that no system of government (particularly one of "self-government," i.e. a society in which people are free to govern their own affairs/lives) that styles itself as one that promotes liberty and freedom, has any authority to abridge, diminish, or infringe upon. No person, and no group of persons, have a right to band together to diminish the natural rights of any other person. It doesn't matter if you call that group of persons a mob, a gang, or a government; when they infringe upon the rights of others, they insult natural law. In our system of government, in which the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, those, in or out of government office, who act against it, are in rebellion against the law. THEY are the criminals.

The right to arms does not exist because of the Second Amendment, the Second Amendment exists because of the existence of the right to arms.

You mean wicked Bitch of the West! You can't be polite to these people or show them any respect. They don't show us any so they should not receive any. There is not need to explain ourselves because they don't care. What I want to know is how she stays in government in CA and has been for decades. Sounds like the majority of people there must want her in. If not, vote the bitch out.

My letter to Feinstein.

Sen. Feinstein

I am a gun owner and want to express my views about the proposed legislation attempting to make it harder for law abiding people to enjoy the sports of shooting and owning a firearm.

I am a Transportation Manager and I am genuinely concerned that the government plans to eclipse my usage of sport shooting.

Gun ownership is one of the most ardent rights that I believe in. We need to enforce the laws we already have and get rid of the ones that are not enforceable.

I realize as a legislator you have to show that you are receptive to our needs. I am not one that wants you to reinstall the ban on so-called assault weapons or regular capacity magazines nor do I give you my consent to do so.

While I deeply respect an individual’s privacy and civil liberties, the American people need basic awareness of what indicators to look for regarding potentially violent, psychotic people. Our collective safety begins with being collectively vigilant.

We need to promote gun safety through public education so that younger generations will grow up with a well-rounded understanding of firearm safety.

In closing, I would like to emphasize that you work for me, not the other way around. I will not cower to you or anyones else's gun grabbing mentality. I have an inalienable right to own the gun of my choice for any and all legal means up to and including my own personal defense of self and property.

I will defend that right through every legal means afforded me by law and by the Constitution and fight you, through those legal means, every step of the way.

Please reconsider the harm you will cause to legal and legitimate law abiding citizens by your, and others, overzealous attempt to implement a gun ban of any kind. Your attempt to limit or ban guns in America will only empower the criminals that have no respect for the law.

Given the hour and the desperate situation this Nation now faces, why are the traitorous politicians violating their oaths of fidelity to the Constitution not being arrested, impeached and punished? Politicians who introduce legislation to disarm the People should be. In Missouri a bill was introduced along these lines, but we already have a process called impeachment.

In NY, Gov. Cuomo and Senator Skelos should be arrested, impeached and imprisoned for their crime against the People and their infidelity to the Constitution that they swore fidelity to. If this were to happen across the Nation, the forces of disarmament could not so easily influence politicians to violate their oaths. The reason that politicians and judges spend their careers plotting against and outright betraying the People and the Constitution is that no one ever moves to arrest and stop them. If we continue to do business in America the way that we have, can we ever expect different results?

Why not demand the arrest and impeachment of politicians working to destroy that which they have sworn allegiance and fidelity to? If this became a popular movement, it might be a game changer and put these rats on their best behavior. Tens of thousands of People clamoring for someone's arrest and prosecution can be very motivational.
