I think it’s time for the people of the north east to either vote the liberals out, or move to another state that has respect for our rights.

Rebellyell: Maybe someone will violate your rights and take your freedom or gag you so you can’t talk, because you are “being a selfish jerk” wanting us to pay for our rights.

That’s how liberals work, they want to Tax us for everything, while letting the Violent Criminals continue making us victims. The Liberals own and carry guns, but they don’t have to comply with any laws, and they cheat on taxes too.

The 2nd Amendment, as well as the 1st and 3rd are rights conferred by GOD! Not by a committee, not by a proxy vote, not by government! Maybe they should begin teaching this concept in the public schools once again! We haven’t had treason trials followed by executions in 58 years! Maybe it’s time to plug in the electric chairs once more!!!

Now hold on there folks. This fellow might just be on to something here. How about this… $100 per event to the local State and Fed gov, each time one of these guys makes a speech. $1000. each time a promise is shown to have been broken. $10,000 for every lie they tell. $1,000,000. per year after election for their political registrtion and monthly fees to each level of gov for License to speak in that juristiction. A little imagination and this could make a lot of real revenue and a lot less BS from his type!

Excellent idea, Maryland. Just think of all the expense the public incures because of gun owners shooting up schools, malls, themselves, and their families. I think an additional idea would be to make gun owners buy insurance on each one of their guns. The second ammendment does not give you the right to be a selfish jerk!

The 100.00 charge is only the beginning. I live in MD. There will be required fingerprinting at 25.00 to 50.00. You must travel to a State Police barracks to register before purchase. There will be a required 8 hour safety class requiring taking a day off work and at cost to be determined later (but required safe driver classes mandated by courts here cost several hundred dollars). AND, the process must be repeated every five years to maintain ownership or face fines and imprisonment. Most of the public is against this if a recent set of hearings at the state house is any indication; but, liberal “do-gooder” MD legislators will attempt this anyway. Jay

There is precedence for this too. Look at over here in Illinois. We have to pay $10.00 for a 10 year FOID (Firearm Owner ID) Card. Can’t even go into a gun shop and touch a gun without it.

Since when do I have to pay for a God given right. What about the 13th amendment. Shall we say $500/year to stay a free man? Or how about $1,000.00 to the government to continue to have due process of the law or the 14th amendment.
I wonder if these will be tax deductable.
