i don’t really see where he’s gutted the bill if you can carry a firearm into a place you can carry concealed if you have a permit so i don’t see the problem if anything i think it makes it better if i’m wrong show me where

Errrm, isn’t the problem not so much that one turncoat is introducing anti-gun amendments but that the rest of the state legislature is voting aye on them??? If he wasn’t doing this, his Democratic partner in crime mentioned above would still be, and looking at the recorded votes in your link to H.B. 105 it still would have passed, right?
