Scholastic Shooting Trust Foundation

Columbia, MO –-(Ammoland.com)- The MidwayUSA Foundation, Inc. and Scholastic Shooting Trust, a public charity established by MidwayUSA founders Larry and Brenda Potterfield, will continue to match both proceeds from its fundraising promotions as well as private donations to endowment accounts.

With the exception of the Foundation’s iPad/HP-laptop fundraiser which will be matched 6:1 until February 28, 2013, all proceeds from Foundation fundraising promotions sent to Scholastic Shooting Trust endowment accounts will be matched at a 1:1 rate for 2013. Proceeds from the iPad/HP-laptop promotion will revert to a 1:1 rate beginning in March 2013. All private donations to team endowment accounts will be matched at a 2:1 rate for the duration of 2013.

The MidwayUSA Foundation, Inc. works with shooting teams, conservation groups and the shooting industry to raise funds in support of high school and collegiate shooting programs. Each donation brings SST one step closer to achieving sustainable support for youth shooting programs. The Potterfield’s generous matching programs only hasten that support.
