 The idea behind the printable AR15 lower is that the the part the gov. calls the &quot;Gun&quot; it has the serial number, everything else can be added to it, uppers, stocks etc. once you have the lower,  technically you have ar-15,. You can &quot;print&quot; your own lowers as long as  you don&#039;t sell them.

		<description><![CDATA[I admire the sentiment behind this idea, but what does a 3D printer cost?  $20,000 is my guess based on my research.  How many people can afford that?  And besides, it might work for a lower or magazine for an AR, but you are still going to need the upper, barrel and ammo.]]></description>
