I’ve had some of the same jam issues I read here. I’ve tried some of the same “cures” I’ve read here. For the small (compared to other .22LR “tactical” rifles)price this one is about is as good as you can get. Notice I said compared to the small price, this is what I mean. The Walther/Colt, Armalite, S&W, and others in the higher price category will give better performance but at those prices and with those reputations, you expect more. But for this price you cannot beat the performance of this Mossberg.
I found, after a lot of experimenting and reading the internet, that most of the jam problems are with the cheapass, sorry, lowrent magazines. I found a fix online that worked for me. I took the mag apart, used superglue on the bottom of the red follower which attached the spring coil much tighter. Matter of fact, it tightens/attaches it period. Mine was not even connected. After gluing this coil to the bottom of the follower and let dry for four days, putting on two more drops on each side, let dry for four days. I had basically no more feed or jam problems. This may or may not work for all but for me it solved 99% of my problems and I’m happy with this little toy and the three extra mags that cost me $95.00 each online. Maybe I was stupid to pay it but I have yet to find them as cheap. Hope this works for you. Thanx………
