We already pay for these checks when we apply for a CWP and any tax is just a lie about what it is being used for. Most likely going to gun grabbers to further their agenda. The Constitution is the BINDING AGREEMENT between all of the States of the union. Thus, the Second Amendment is part of that BINDING AGREEMENT between the States. The language of the Second Amendment is quite clear and not “open to interpretation”. Any “law” passed by Chicago, or the State of Illinois, that violates the Constitution, or the Second Amendment, is a violation of LAW and need not be obeyed … from it’s inception.
The PEOPLE of Illinois need to stand up, be arrested in necessary, RESIST UNLAWFUL ARREST IF NECESSARY, sue the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago for violation of the Constitution and LAW OF THE LAND.
