The RWVA Appleseed Project teaches this in a much better way. Hands on with Instructors that must go through a minimum of 96 hours of training, including teaching students under the watchful eye of several of Full Instructors. This was the best Marksmanship training I have ever had. I served in the US Army and the USAF, shoot in IDPA, NRA Certified Instructor and I can tell everyone that the NRA training course pales in comparison. www.RWVA.org The cost is minimal. I payed $70. for two days. This was from 8am sharp until dark. I shot over over 400 rds of 22LR. Women, military and anyone under 21 years old are FREE. They have taught thousands of US Army troops at the request of the Army. This organization is all volunteers.

"front sight vertically and horizontally centered in the rear sight notch." I understand what he means but this wording is terrible and would lead you to shoot low every time if you followed it. If it was 'vertically centered' then it is not lined up at the same height as the rear sight, we want it 'vertically aligned' and horizontally centered.
