I absolutely Agree Mark Kelly is Guilty of Lying on Form F4473, for being a Straw Buyer. And to make sure, the Local Swat Team, should carry out a No-Knock Warrant early in the morning, by smashing down their front door, throwing in a few flash bangs, shoot their dog push them to the ground, and arrest them both. Then conduct a full search their home for the weapons, which they should not be possessed by those on psychiatric drugs or because of being mentally incapable of function. They should further be charged for running a business under false pretenses for profit. Just saying……

Maybe every gun owner “knows” he or she is the only one who is perfectly safe owning guns, and secretly wishes everyone else was unarmed & harmless. It doesn’t matter because we don’t live in that world. In a world where you can’t always trust the other guy not to harm you, every good man must have the liberty to choose to be armed, just in case. We know guns don’t guarantee a win either, but we vastly prefer not to be helpless as others often are in an emergency. We know statistically that most of us will never use our arms in a crisis, but that’s far from a reason to give away the right.

I have never wavered in my support for those who serve our country. I fought to make sure they have the weapons and safety gear needed to carry out their mission, and proper health and mental care when their service ends. What about the people, are they second-class citizens? Does she not believe that we have right to the weapons necessary for our mission, to keep our selves, our families, and our communities safe? Apparently not. We don’t have to choose between owning, using, and enjoying guns, on one hand, and preventing gun violence, on the other. Really? Maybe she should tell this to her fellow Democrats, and to her own husband. He certainly seems to think a choice has to be made. This statement implies that she is against bans. Is she so brain-addled that she doesn't know what's being done in her name? Is she simply lying in hopes of somehow concealing her true objective? Or does she wrongly believe that it's possible to infringe upon a right, but that somehow it will remain whole? Take your pick.

Kash, the problem is that her husband Mark Kelly went out and bought two more guns, while he wants a Ban of guns. He said that he was making a straw purchase of the rifle, so he needs to be arrested, just like anyone else that would break this law.
I know what really happened, he was buying the rifle, so he would have it before a ban that he is pushing. He got Caught, so he said that he was making a straw purchase.
What makes him think that he is Important enough to deserve the guns that he wants banned for other people?
The guy that shot Giffords, also Killed a few people, but he didn’t get a death sentence and THAT is a Big part of the problem, not the guns used. Giffords owns a Glock and was shot with one, yet they want a ban, while they continue to keep guns…… What part of this are you missing?

I am hereby calling for the arrest and indictment of Mark Kelly for lieing on form F4473. He stated,on facebook, that he bought those guns to prove a point and intended on turning them over to the police. The ATF definition of a straw purchase… “Straw purchases can be illegal in the United States when made at a federally licensed firearm dealership. If the straw purchaser of the firearm lies about the identity of the ultimate possessor of the gun, he can be charged with making false statements on a federal Firearms Transaction Record. If a firearm is purchased as a gift, the purchaser must indicate the intended recipient on the transaction record”.
If he did not declare on form F4473 that he planned on turning them over to the police, he is guilty of a Straw Purchase.

Can she even own or possess a gun anymore? Did she actually write the comments or was it a staffer who helped her? Vets with PTSD who temporarily can’t handle their finances are losing their ability to own/possess guns. Her brain damage would put her into the same category permanently.
