Register, store at police station? Then have to give a reason of need to retrieve your own firearm for a day at the range??? This is pure insanity on the part of these ploiticians. Where do these people come from and who do they think they are? These little pukes get elected by the people then think thay have a mandate to rule, yes rule, anyway they want to. Why must politics always equate with change? When will politicians realize they are nothing more than caretakers of a political system and stop trying to “fundamentally change” everything?

Congratulations to the folks of San Jose for keeping their heads out of the politicians asses.

Now back to arresting those damned kids for selling lemonade in their driveways.

BTW my grand daughter was expelled when she slapped a boy who started touching her private parts. He had been reported numerous times before.

Apparently a no tolerance policy for “fighting” does not include a “no tolerance” for sexual harassment.

How come of all the senses “Common” is the least used?

Does rape qualify as fighting too?

The very fact that this was proposed and attempted by the city council is a good reason to REMOVE those members of City of San Jose’s Rules and Open Government Committee who were in favor of it.
