Also: The treaty affects what type of guns are imported/exported, hence, if the gun you want comes from a diff country you can not buy it.

I have downloaded and read the full draft of the 2012 Treaty and I do not see any provision that would lead to gun confiscation, gun registration or any other gun control within the USA. If anyone can interpret any clauses in this treaty to mean any form of American gun control then, by all means, enlighten me. With your comments please refer to the page number and paragraph of the treaty so I can follow your meaning.
It appears that the intent of this treaty is to limit illegal arms trafficking between nations. A good example of that kind of trade was the “Fast and Furious” trading allowed by the government.
I am a dedicated gun rights supporter and a firm believer in the 2nd amendment right to bear arms.

The gun grabber’s back door way of taking our guns. How stupid does our government think we are? If it comes down to it, we will fight our troops and the UN troops. Just more of their dead after each battle. We know they have fancy gadgets to fight war, now. But we have far superior numbers and our own turf. Millions of veterans know quite a bit about these gadgets. That is why they want to disarm us first. Not going to happen. Gadgets can be destroyed or captured and turned on our enemy. Pick you side carefully.
