FAIRFAX, Va. – -(Ammoland.com)- The National Rifle Association announces the return of Winchester Ammunition as a Sharpshooter sponsor for Friends of NRA’s third season on Outdoor Channel. Winchester will serve as the television show’s exclusive ammunition sponsor.
“Winchester is a recognized leader in supporting our hunting and shooting sports heritage and partnering with Friends of NRA demonstrates a strong commitment to our customers and the industry,” said Brett Flaugher, Winchester Ammunition Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategy.
Friends of NRA follows retired Major League Baseball player Matt Duff and professional shooter Jessie Duff as they explore the history and impact of Friends of NRA, the multi-million dollar grassroots fund-raising program. The Outdoor Channel show airs on Sundays at 10:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Great! WHen are they going to stop selling the governments that support gun and ammo control?
I have a Winchester 243 Savage lever action with scope and a Wenchester Remintion Bolt action Rifles.
Where can I get ammo for these and can anyone tell me what these rifles are worth. They are both in very good condition.

I too am waiting for Winchester, one of the original gun and companies in this country, to back up the people who made them great. A letter of intent to stop selling ammo (large contracts) to state govt’s and Law enforcement agencies of those states which effectively eliminate the second ammend rights to it’s citizens would be a biggie. Supporting the NRA is great, but the way this is going down, there won’t be any access to their products by citizens.
