Sen. Feinstein: Private Gun Sales Play Into Terrorists’ Hands

Washington DC - -(Ammoland.com)- During an appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) said expanded background checks are “not enough,” and private gun sales cannot continue because they allow terrorists to buy guns in the United States.

Feinstein said private gun sales allow felons to buy firearms as well.

In addition, Feinstein believes the failure of the filibuster threat against Senate gun control opens the door to her “assault weapons” ban once again:

“Do you need a 30 round clip and an AR-15 to hunt? …I don’t understand, and I never have, why this nation is better, how we protect our nation better, with these weapons available.”

“So the bill I have, which is close [to what they just instituted in Connecticut], really doesn’t take a weapon away from anybody. If they sell that weapon there’s a background check. If they keep that weapon, it has to be kept with a trigger lock and in a safe. And it exempts 2,258 weapons in 96 pages of bill language by make and model. What it does do, is dry up of the supply [of these weapons] over time.”

Feinstein said she does not understand the “psychopathology” of people who oppose “prudent gun regulation.”

I am so tired of the shower of lies coming down from Capital Hill. Is there an honest man or woman in the bunch?

    2. The time is has come to draw a line in the sand. Liberals have destroyed this great country and stripped the ability of half of the people to think and take care of themselves. Freedom loving people are gonna have to make some tough choices soon.

    3. What she dosent understand is that how some people won’t do what she wants. She thinks everyone should be a tree huggin hippie like most of her constituency. She wants what every other liberal a-hole wants: get rid if the guns so the people have to depend on the government.

She was talking about not needing these types of guns for hunting, but the last time I checked we are supposed to be able to buy a gun for protection also. We don’t have to use every gun we purchase for the sole purpose of hunting.

    5. We are the puppets and they, the puppet masters. We are not supposed to think and do for ourselves. We haven’t the capability nor the knowledge to do so, or so they think or want us to believe. First it was guns, now video games. Next…will be knives, and so on and so on…before you know it, we will be told when, where and what me must eat drink and when to use the bathroom and go to sleep and to wake…

This following is the oath of office the Senamte members must take.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

It seems that there has been a rash of attacks on the 2nd Ammendment by the very people sworn to protect it. So if the 2nd Ammendment is not important, what other Ammendments can we do without? The 14 th is Due Process. Maybe we don’t need it. The court system never makes mistakes. The 19th is women’s rights. That would eliminate some issues. The 4th protects us from unreasonable search and seizure. That never happens anyway. The 13th abolishes slavery. Easy now. How about the 1st. Maybe only a selected few should be able to speak their mind and decide how the rest of us should live. It is a slippery slope when the Ammendments are selectivley picked apart by a few with special interests.

Speaking of the 1st Ammendment. If the news media is the watchdog of society, who’s watching the dog. Just saying.

None of them have any morals. With a few exceptions Paul and Cruz and the likes.

Honey child, that’s not all you don’t understand. Let me try. Pay close attention. It is very simple. Hoodlums and criminals will have any weapon they choose. They run in gangs.
I will probably be alone. I need as much firepower as I can get.
An AR 15 with 30 rounds backed up with a 1911 .45 ACP will help me even the odds a bit. I may lose but it won’t be because you confiscated my self protection tools.
Have a good day. I would say, “God bless you” but I doubt you believe in Him.

Continuing on, could the present assault on the Amendments by our Senate, Congress and Governors be considered a domestic attack on our Government?Should these attacks be considered treasonous or acts of terrorism?

    10. Our borders are so porous we let 11 million people in illegally since the September 11th attacks. Cartels move thousands of tons of drugs into the US each year. For some reason, the Senator from California thinks private gun sales are the last source for terrorists because they can’t get guns across our border.

The Senator is stuck on full stupid

Our civil rights have been stripped slowly over time….. EVERYTHING that comes out of any politician mouth is the result of a back room hand shake…. Greed has consumed any and all moral value.

When Sen. Feinstein demands her personal bodyguards not carry weapons, she might be taken seriously.

Until then, she clearly understands why people need them.

      Gotta love the irony.
