New Berlin, Wis. --(Ammoland.com)- Big Deer TV is NOT all about big racks; but rather a genuine and forthright deer hunting series from a highly respected hunter – Mike Hanback.

Sportsman Channel, the leader in outdoor TV for the American sportsman, brings audiences the best in fair-chase whitetail and mule deer hunting throughout North America.

Hanback and his experienced team explore and probe many of the nation’s highest deer concentrations and fully explain their methodologies. Researching, scouting and hunting for the biggest bucks in any given area; using a variety of tactics are centerpieces to must watch television. Big Deer TV is an original television series that premieres exclusively on Sportsman Channel – Wednesday, July 3 at 8:00 ET/PT.

Season two immediately springs into action with Hanback traveling to the vast lands of Wyoming for a mule deer hunt that includes no shortage of drama as he anticipates a successful ‘monster’ buck harvest. One of the many significant highlights throughout the season is an unforgettable two-part journey to Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan. The adventure includes immense Canadian whitetails and a notable encounter with a wolf.  A road trip to the big buck mecca of Wisconsin to connect with a group of die-hard bowhunters is also an amazing trip that is sure to leave viewers on the edge of their seats.

“This season is full of ‘wow’ moments in the outdoors and I can’t wait to share my experiences with our viewers,” said Mike Hanback, host of Big Deer TV. “Every journey throughout this season aims to tell a compelling story about deer hunting and the treasured outdoors. I’m honored to bring another season of big adventure to the loyal viewers of Sportsman Channel.”
